Hello!  I'm Jennifer and I'm glad you're here and you're curious about how I might be able to help you. I'm a 50-year-old woman who went through early menopause at age 42. It hit me out of nowhere. It impacted everything in my life and I felt completely isolated and alone. My symptoms got out of control. I had massive brain fog and couldn't handle my high-pressure corporate leadership job. I was questioning if I was going through early dementia. Everyone kept saying "you're too young." From the hot flashes, brain fog, irritability, crippling anxiety, and years of sleepless nights I finally learned everything I needed to do to get control of my Menopause! But it took years. You don't have to wait that long! 

My Approach

My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy and 20 years being a licensed mental health and addictions counselor. I love empowering women who are dealing with burnout and fatigue. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs,

I love empowering women who are dealing with burnout and fatigue. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their menopause and lifestyle goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to meet their goals. I'm motivated to provide a nurturing and value driven program and give all the support I can so that no woman ever has to feel alone and isolated going through this stage of life.
